Utilising the KLIMAT Airview Louvre, Nellies North has been able to take full advantage of its location to allow an abundant amount of ventilation to pass through the home. Nellies North also has a large range of Lidco's aluminium framing systems.

Nahoon

Location: Forster, NSW

The KLIMAT Airview Louvre was a dominant feature of this home, along with Lidco framing systems, to create an architectural masterpiece.

Aventino

Location: Paddington, NSW

Internationally renowned architects Tzannes and Associates have taken advantage of the range of KLIMAT louvres including the Sunshades and Fixed Louvre systems. KLIMAT Sunshades have been utilised on the balcony of the North facing third level which aid in minimising glare while still allowing for some natural light to enter the apartments. All air-conditioning units have been hidden from view by KLIMAT's Fixed Louvre SWG-50.
