"The louvre window shall be the KLIMAT Airview Louvre Window System by KLIMAT Australia and shall be fabricated to compy with N* Zone in accordance with AS2047"

1. The louvre window shall be the KLIMAT Airview Louvre Window System consisting of the Airview Louvre Galleries fitted with the Airview Frame, all in accordance with the Airview Louvre Window documentation.

2. The blade clip to be UV resistant PP/PE incorporating a glazing relieving slot for ease of blade installation

3. The louvre gallery and frame to be manufactured from 6060 T5 extruded aluminium

4. The Airview Louvre Galleries shall be tested to 20,000 cycles of operation.

5. The blades will be made of 6mm glass, extruded hollow aluminium or cedar timber as per the window schedule. Selected glazing shall comply with AS 1288

6. The window system will comply with wind, water and air infiltration performance requirements of the AS 2047.

7. In relation to wind loadings, the mullions are to comply with the design loads relevant to the Zone referred to above.

8. Barrier bars are to be in accordance with the KLIMAT Airview Louvre Window System documentation.

9. The keyed lock shall be self locking and the key shall be removable when in the locked position.

10. Capable of blade thickness change from 6mm to 14mm at a future date without the need to disassemble the louvre gallery.
